Seamus McLaughlin is a founding member of Fortis Cost and Claim Consultants, a leading construction consultancy assisting clients with complex project issues. He is a Managing Director and is responsible for reviewing and assisting all areas of the business services provided by Fortis. He is also responsible for the governance of company compliance and corporate matters.

Prior to joining Fortis, he was Regional Commercial Manager and General Manager for a major MEP Subcontractor based in the Middle East, where he managed all commercial issues, planning, procurement, estimating, contractual, and general management issues along with participating in the firm’s business strategy. Mr. McLaughlin also previously served as a Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, and Contract Administrator with various large multinational organizations throughout his career. He has project experience in the following jurisdictions Ireland, the UK, South Africa, Botswana, and the Middle East region.
